Rental Info

Our prices include free delivery and set up in the kingwood and surrounding areas. A delivery fee will be assessed for deliveries outside of our standard delivery area. We also offer a convenient payment plan with only a 25% deposit to reserve your special day or a credit card number will hold your reservation. The deposit can be paid by check or credit card and is applied to your total rental fee. Final payment can be made by cash or credit, prices quoted represent a 3% discount which will not be reflected w/credit card payments. If for any reason you have to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 7 days of event do incur a 25% cancellation fee. Rain outs are no problem. There is no cancellation fee for inclement weather if you cancel prior to set-up. However, once you accept the equipment there are no refunds due to inclement weather.

We also offer carry out service. All products carried out of our warehouse are discounted, please call for specific pricing. Each carry out does require a valid credit card and Texas Driver’s license. The credit card will be run for authorization.
